The form collects your name, email address, optional telephone number, enquiry type, preferred location, message and, for rental enquiries, your profession and preferred days. It also records when the enquiry was submitted and your privacy acknowledgement. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss the services or space you are interested in.
For rental discussions, the relevant UK GDPR basis may be steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. For other correspondence, it may be legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, balanced against your rights. The business must confirm its applicable lawful bases before public launch. The form acknowledgement is not consent to marketing.
Storage, access and retention
Enquiries are stored privately in this website’s WordPress database. They are not published on the website. Authorised administrators can access them in the WordPress Enquiries area. Sending a form does not automatically send an email to the salon.
No fixed business retention period has been confirmed. The owner should keep correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting business or legal requirements, then remove it. Contact the address above to request access or deletion. A specific retention schedule must be approved before public launch.
Cookies and analytics
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as telephone, email and enquiry clicks. The site stores your cookie preference locally on your device. A temporary session value lets the thank-you page recognise a successful submission; it contains no contact details.

Video and external links
The salon tour uses Vimeo. No Vimeo player is loaded until you choose to play the video. Playing it connects your browser to Vimeo, which processes information under its own privacy notice. Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps and professional booking links also lead to third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices.

Hostinger provides the hosting and database services for this website. External services may process data outside the UK. Contact Brown & Co for information about provider arrangements and applicable transfer safeguards.
